Sue Bolton For 33 years I’ve scavenged for cheap paper, art materials and unusual still-life objects for my students. After I retired 8 years ago from teaching art, I’ve carried on the desire to gather. This time the gathering is for me. I’m always looking for tidbits of metal, wood, architectural elements and anything with a history. I seem to be able to look beyond the simple surface. I see how objects can be reused and turned into something else. With my excess time and energy, I enjoy creating mixed media jewelry and sculptures with a new life.
